Okay here we go. I am going to start us off with 15 minutes of weight training

Heather I admit that is why I went ahead and posted my minutes right away instead of waiting until tonight... being a "left coaster" I NEVER get to start off the thread!! But this time I was up early and got it!! Ha! That and the fact that I just could not stand seeing my "empty" Excel July exercise chart after all the pretty lines on the June one!
It still looks pretty pathetic though... have to get those lines built up!!
