I walk every night. I just don't seem to have the time to do much else.
i just started back 2 weeks ago and started doing the elliptical/treadmill/elliptical/crunches in that order. Of course last week I was on vacation but I did do some swimming so I got a little exercise in. I am getting ready to go exercise right now. I have started off with 3 days a week and will work up to 5 days or like every other day. Next week I am off to Vegas so i dont know that I will get any exercise in except for walking around but I guess that is better than nothing!!

Okay--my patience is being pushed past my limits. Considering my options I thought I did really well yesterday--far from perfect and I didn't have the margarita I really wanted and I was still up--AGAIN!!! I have no doubt my foul mood has something to do with yesterday's sweltering heat, TOM, sunburn, or incredibly sore muscles. Guess this was my daily rant--I'll stop now.
