If I am just bored, I get on the computer, watch a saved tv show, listen to my book on tape - stuff like that. If I am really hungry, I eat something. I have had a problem with getting too hungry between my afternoon snack and dinner. When that happens, I tend to want to stuff myself with whatever is easiest. So, in the long run, it saves me calories to eat something good for me when I get hungry.
PS I forgot to mention that I think we should all buy stock in the baby carrot industry.


and i had a little bag of skittles, well i just grabbed around 5 and my cravings went away because i found that if i try and replace my cravings with something i really dont want just because its "healthier", by the time im done eating it.. im still hungry and craving what i did in the first place.
