    Hi Bree,

    I'm new - this is my first post. I've got 150 pounds to lose. I was considering WLS but I just found out that my ins doesn't cover it. I'm trying to get myself back into the mindset of diet and exersize without the help of a smaller stomach.

    I also have two amazing daughters - 7 & 9. It would be nice to do more things with them. Right now, I can't even walk them to school

    I've got a healthclub membership - gonna start swimming again, then when I've built up a little stamina - maybe I'll try the scary machines.

    Congrats on the 16 pounds!
