  • Quote: I've often wished someone would put a portapotty about 1.25 miles outta town here. I'm sure middle-aged women would walk a lot more
Going through pregnancy in the summer, needing to pee every 15 seconds, and not ready to give up walking, even though I couldn't jog anymore after 4 months, I found that Depends really do work.

They were also very handy during my 8 hour drive home to see family when the rest areas were few and far between.
  • I drink between 4-6 liters of water a day (which I KNOW sounds excessive but my body is used to it now and any less than that, I feel dehydrated!) so it makes walking a huge struggle. :P What I've been doing is planning out routes that are a mile to 2 miles long, stopping back in the apartment for a bathroom break, and then going and repeating or doing a different route. My male roommate thinks I'm NUTS as I come bounding in and out while he sits on the couch watching the Simpsons and eating Ramen. >.< Some people have all the luck. :P
  • Its 1.2 miles around my neighborhood circle area, all hills. I generally just do that twice and I'm good on the bathroom until after. But when I go to the park, I walk around 5+ miles. So its good they have bathrooms at each end of the park.
