First off sorry for not being around much this month, it got off to a rubbish start for me - first chest infection which made me feel like someone (heavy) was sat on my chest ugh! Then straight after trapped a nerve in my neck and omg the pain!!! Soooo bad, no position where I wasn't in pain. All this time, no visits to the gym which is awful as I'd been going regularly all year

Anyway my neck got better just in time for me to start my management ward placement, and now I am doing 40+ hours helping to manage a busy oncology ward and am so exhausted u would not believe....
Now I have a really strange thing which is an extremely painful big toe!! Have no trauma to it but it is killing me to weight bear, which as I am heavy and work I have too!!! Sooooo still no gym as am barely getting thro work let alone gym.
I am not an excuse maker or a hypochondriac by the way I realise I probably sound like both!! lol
I have lost a couple of pounds tho and have kept my eating pretty stable, around 1800 a day.
My aim now is to get back to swimming while toe is bad and the gym asap. But when working these hours honestly don't know where the energy is gonna come from. Every day I plan to do something after work, so get up at 5.30 am but after 8 hours on my feet on the ward where I work extremely hard, when I drive home I can literally hardly walk, so I just feel that I cannot exercise as I need to conserve energy for this last phase of my training.....
I now have less than 11 weeks til I finish my course and will be waiting for my PIN to be a registered nurse I am so excited. Going to try and get a job on this oncology ward too.
Annie - you are doing so amazing, and love your new pic! Go girl!!
Ammi - hope all is ok with u looking forward to seeing your new hair cut!
Sharon - wow your weight loss is amazing girl!! Brilliant!!
Kayleystar - well done on getting back to it and WW sounds like its working great for u! I used to use my points way to quickly!!
Catherine - I really feel for u plugging away and not losing....huggles.... I am the same in that u would think that the amount of walking at work I do that the weight would come off....but NO it stays put every pound is such hard work to get off.....evil stuff.....keep going hun, rooting for you. x
