You're beautiful! I can't believe how much younger you look. I can't say how much from the first ( the makeup throws it off), but I think that it took of at least 5 years from 28 lost to 40 lost. But I can't get over how much of a difference the first 28 lbs. made - wow!!!

But the best is that you feel so good about yourself!

Erica.. I wanted to let you know.. I count calories and walk ALOT.. I also do Yoga occasionally.. I want to up my exercise.. I want to jog.. but right now I can only handle about two blocks.. and it's already in the 90's here in Orlando.. so it's already too hot...
