April Goals

  • I thought I would join you guys!

    My April Goals:

    1. Stay in control when I am out with friends.

    2. Cut back on my alcohol consumption

    3. Stay on track with exercise.

    4. Of course just all around eat healthier

    5. Keep on track in school, and don't get overwhelmed.

    6. Lose at least 5 lbs. 10 would be nice...
  • My April goals:
    1) Weight train at least 3x per week.
    2) Get some exercise at least one day on the weekends (I'm usually a 5-weekday-workout kind of girl).
    3) I'd really like to break 170 lb by the end of the month.
    4) Stay optimistic and keep the super-obsessive demons at bay!
    5) ...non-weight related, keep up the flossing every day -- have to keep the gingivitis away!
  • 1. Stick to my healthy eating plan and log all foods on fitday
    2. Exercise 4-5 times a week for 90 minutes.
    3. Start running in the morning
    4. Study like crazy for my finals!
    5. No binging or eating food while reading/ watching tv/ on the computer.
  • My Goals
    1. To record my intake on Fitday daily, including weekends
    2. To only imbibe alcohol Friday and Saturday nights
    3. To lose at least 7 lbs
    4. To workout an extra day on top of my twice a week water aerobics class
  • April Goals
    • Never eat out by myself
    • Only eat out when it sounds amazing, not out of laziness
    • Eat Salmon & Fresh Veggies once a week
    • Piece of fruit everyday
    • Try to be sugar free whenever possible
    • Breakfast every morning
    • 3 cardio blasting high calorie workouts/week
    • 8 glasses of h20/day
    • Lose at least 1 lb per week

    I have got to be really strict this month. I am going to vegas at the end of May and need to look killer in my swimsuit and all the little sun dresses I have invested in.
  • my april goals are going to be the same as my march goals:

    1.exercise everyday; right now im up to 50 minutes a day.
    2.continue to eat healthily. I've been doing really well with this lately, and ive cut my caloric intake to somewhere around 1000 calories a day.
    3.get a job! ive been out of a job for a month now. i need one, badly.
    4.continue to do well in school.
    5.get more up to date on current events.

  • Bumping for accountability! Forgot I made my weight-training goal...oops. Gives me a good starting place this month.
  • Accountability not so good this month . . .
    1. Don't eat too much when I go visit my parents for easter. Done
    2. Don't bing when my finals start. No binging!
    3. 500 minutes exercise. Um yeah I didn't meet this one
    4. Continue on C25K Starting over after finals
    5. STUDY, STUDY, STUDY . . . Stay up to date on school work as the semester ends. This is kindof what caused me to fail at numbers 3 and 4. I have literally have been studying every day for the last 3 weeks from when I get off school until 11 at night. When I haven't had school I have been starting at like 9 am and going until 11 pm. The troubles of law school!!!
