Me too. I always check to see if I'm meeting nutritional requirements. Most days I do pretty well, also because I take a multi-vitamin, but the one nutrient I'm the most deficient in is Vitamin K.Originally Posted by Neko

I have no idea how to get more Vitamin K. Yes, I've looked up foods that are rich in it, but it's very FEW foods and most of which I don't eat.
