I'm up half a pound this week. Going to have to be far more strict about what I eat because it seems eating healthily and exercising 3 days a week isn't doing it for me. We've had snow this morning though, so cycling to uni could be a problem this week if it continues like this.
hey guys, sorry i been away a while, but things got tough not loosing for a month or so, but i didnt give up, i just really had to concentrate on what my body wanted, so i didnt weigh or count for a while, just exercised and ate healthily, then i started to count again and swim more regularly and im back loosing, i lost 4lbs in 2 weeks, so im happy. dunno if im gonna get to my easter goal, but i def wanna get to 200 for easter, that would be a wonderfull feeling. only 5lbs to go that would also mean i have lost 3 stone in total.
Well done free - sounds like you have got the knack back. Wish I did. I am comfort eating though with the microwave not working in the office I am a bit limited what to eat. MInd you I weigh less than last week! Last week I was 96.6 kg and today I am 95.1 kg.
All I really want out of life (body wise) is to be able to fit all my size 18 trousers and maybe get rid of a bit of gut. So many of my trousers are 'low slung' and uncomfortable to wear (and show off my belly which I prefer to hide!!).
the same for me this week. i was really dissapointed untill i came on yesterday.thats why i hadnt lost. bring on next week now. im determind to get to 13 stone for 12 april as im going a ladys night!
