I'm grateful to be a Grammy, I was a single mom at 19 and had to work 2 jobs to support my son so I missed out on a lot of things with him. Now I get to see it with my Grandbaby, it's wonderful

Ditto i WAS a single mom for hella years but yep i cant wait for the grand baby i just want her to hurry and come all ready

My sister had her first baby at 16 and her DD had a baby at age 17, so grandma at age 33. Sis is 3 yrs. younger than me and has 5 grandkids now and I don't have any yet (except from my oldest step-daughter). My son is 21 and DD is 14, I don't expect my own grandkids anytime soon.

I have another Grandson on the way, he is due the end of June, Can't wait!!

I became a Grandma for the first time in September of 2005.... I was 37 (born to my 16 yrs old at the time daughter)

Grandson number 2 came along in February 2006 (passed away in December 2006) by my 19 yr old daughter and grandchild number 3 is due this November by my now 20 yr old daughter- I'll be 39 by then
