Just checking in with my fellow February challengers!
I am on day 6 of Phase I. The diet is going very well. I haven't cheated at all! I have also maintained at least 2 hours of cardio each day. It killed me the first few days, but it's actually getting much easier.
Don't think i'm nuts with the 2 hour workouts. I am actually a contestant in a local radio station weight loss contest. This Sunday is our first weigh-in and Monday the first person will be eliminated. As long as I don't have the least % of weight lost this week I'll be happy

There are 10 of us total competing for a cruise for 2 to Mexico. I, of course, will win.
I cheated and weighed yesterday and i'm down 6 pounds already
