Erica,
where do you get those Lindt bags? I absolutely love dark chocolate, but I hate buying the bars because it's tempting to eat more than I should. Hershey's makes chocolate sticks as well that are only 60 cals a piece. They are great. They're just enough to satisfy my craving. They make a dark chocolate one, but the cocoa percentage isn't listed so I'm gussing it's not that high. The higher the cocoa content, the better so if I could find those Lindt bags that would be great!
Found over at Kraft Foods site:
Cinnamon Chocolate Pudding:
2 cups cold fat free milk
1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
POUR milk into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix and cinnamon. Beat with wire whisk 2 min. or until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping.
SPOON evenly into four dessert dishes.
SERVE immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Store leftover pudding in refrigerator.
I did the calculations over at WW - 2 pts!!!!!!
Love the Hershey's sticks. My favorite is the chocolate with caramel. I keep them in the freezer. That way they're not somewhere that I can see them all the time. I end up just eating about one or two a month that way.
I've had chocolate Malt-O-Meal the past couple of mornings for breakfast. It's not a sweet chocolate taste, but it is good. You could probably make it sweeter by adding some sugar-free chocolate syrup or something to it, but I liked it fine the way it was.
Hood Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk is 2 pts for 8 oz. It's thick and rich, and really makes me feel like I'm having a naughty treat. Anything to help me get in those milk servings.
Heavenly Desserts Sugar-Free, Fat-Free Meringue Cookies in Chocolate are 40 calories for 10 cookies. They're sweetened with Splenda, and just melt in your mouth.
