    I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes weight lifting and stretches.

    I wish I had numbers to post today but I had to spend the evening rushing around cleaning house. That should count for something but housework was never fair.

  • Everyone has done so well. You all motivate me. I have done 10 minutes on the treadmill so far and am hoping to double that. Oh how I wish I didn't have fibro. I could do so much more.

    It's all about doing the best that you can. You are very consistent with your treadmilling and that's what it's all about.

    You guys are doing so great today.
    You can't read this thread without walking away being motivated. I do have a busy evening ahead but I WILL make time to get in at least 30 minutes so I can help get us to NY by tomorrow. Very doable with this team.
