  • Well, the stumbling I did over the weekend took its toll...

    up 1 lb from 132 to 133. ah well kind of expected it.
  • My fingers are crossed for you Katie. I WI tonight too and my home scale refuses to budge. I just took an intense aerobics class in the hopes that that will burn enough calories to just get me into the 150s. I'll let you know if it worked.

    Patch, sorry to hear about the gain. It isn't much. You will get it off next week, I am sure of it.
  • As I suspected, my WI wasn't that great. Gained .2. I guess I will have to wait until next week for the 150s.

  • I lost 1.2 ! Its been a while, but I'm down past by 10% and I'm ready to tackle the next 10% and be at goal!
