TORTILLA WRAP (IP POTATOES): I've made wraps out of IP Omelettes, IP Crepes, & IP Soups and this is hands down the best one.

INGREDIENTS:
1 package IP Potatoes
75 ml water
...1 tsp olive oil
OPTIONAL: "I Can't Believe Its Not Butter" Spray

Fill with your choice of ingredients.

DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat a pan on the stove with a bit of olive oil
2. Mix the IP Potatoes and water until blended.
3. Spoon onto pan and spread thin into a round shape like a tortilla

If it is not spreading, its too thick. Immediately take from pan and add a bit more water. It will be ok thick, but you want to make a big enough tortilla to be able to wrap around your other ingredients. Too thick=too small and heavy to properly work like a tortilla. But should also not be too thin to fall apart. So 75 ml is a very good level, but not above 100 ml.
4. Cook until set, then flip.
5. Optional... Spray with "I Can't Believe its Not Butter" for a more buttery taste.

There is another recipe that makes them crispy. I'll see if I can find that one for you as well.

Are there any alternatives to the potato pack? I am doing alternatives to ip and can't get the purée.....unless someone knows wher we can? Looks delist!!!!

Happy weeeekend!!
Unforuntately I'm stuck working all weekend . My boyfriend just moved a few hours away today for work so I'm mega bummed out today. Hopefully it'll make our relationship stronger..

I've had a terrible week this week with IP, just can't seem to move past losing 1lb, very frustrating! Tomorrow it will be three weeks that I've started the plan, not stoked to mark down 1 pound as my loss, however it just means I'm 1 pound lighter than I was before, right?

Anyway I hope everyone has a great long weekend! (Not sure if U.S. has a long weekend as well?? haha, )

Hi Everyone! Hope you all are having a good weekend so far! I have some exciting news, we recently found out that I am pregnant! Quite a surprise but thankfully I am only 8lbs from goal, so I am in a much healthier state than a few months ago So, my question is, has anyone heard of pregnant women using the IP drinks as supplements to a well blanced diet while pregnant. Don't worry, I am no longer in weight loss mode and am eating a well balanced diet of all foods. I am having some morning sickness and thinking I would like the taste of the drinks more than most foods first thing in the morning. Just want to make sure they're safe. Anyone know? Thanks!

There aren't any ingredients in the products that would be harmful, as long as you're not following protocol and just using the drinks as a "boost". You may want to talk to your coach about a shortened "phase off" though, so you don't shock your system by suddenly adding carbs.

CONGRATULATIONS! That is very exciting news!

I can't see any reason why you couldn't have some IP shakes as long as they are part of a balanced diet, but I'd ask your OB to be sure.

I hated the dreaded booths before too. Now when they ask, "Booth or table" I always say, "Booth." It's these little every day things in life that are often the best.

Happy Saturday everyone. Just another hot day here in Austin. So looking forward to a nice long three day weekend, and a quiet one at that since my teenage son is off at a retreat with his youth group. Awwww... three days with no teenage drama...priceless!

It was still a little tight but it did not hurt and I fit. Most of the staff knows me and the kids by name. I've gone there for years.

I hope you all have a great weekend.

Hi I Peeps,
Hope everyone is ready for a fun weekend. I am starting to get clothes lined up for my cruise next week. I am planning to drive to New Orleans and leave my car at a parking lot there. I think I will drive most of the way on Saturday and finish up to arrive by noon on Sunday. Have been checking the clothes for dinners and am able to wear things I have never worn before. Bought them for another cruise but they were kind of tight, so never wore them.
Making my lists and starting to get things together. I am excited. I will celebrate my birthday on the cruise.
Have a great end of summer weekend all.

Good morning everyone!! Today was WI #3 for me and I'm down 4.2 pounds for a total of 13.2 pounds in 3 weeks! I am loving this diet and how fast these pounds are dropping off!

Even though the weight loss is motivational and I have never lost weight this fast before, I am still really struggling with cravings. Yesterday was really, really bad, but I hung in there. I'm trying to look at today as if it's my first day on the diet again and see if that helps. I am only 7 pounds away from my mini goal and when I hit that mini goal, I have a prize for myself, which is something I really want. But, these darn cravings can overrule everything in an instant! I rarely last this long on a diet so 3 weeks straight without cheating is HUGE for me! Just gotta keep taking it 1 day at a time.

Week 1 WI: -6.6
Week 2 WI: -2.4
Week 3 WI: -4.2

My conclusion about the alternative products.... No signif difference in loss rate and feelings of well being (except my wallet is happier). Lol. Have a great day all.

I do all alternative products and I'm doing great with it! It definitely saves a lot of money! Congrats on your weight loss and for sticking to the plan!

What excites me is I am less than 10 lbs from onderland.

Off to a car show. How to sell one of our cars or at least get interest in it.

Have a great OP weekend.

Molly

I'm there with you as far as 3 weeks! 3.8lbs is still awesome! 10lbs won't take that long to get off, so hang in there.

Hope you have a great cruise! New Orleans is a great place to visit! But, watch out for the beignets.....you'll gain a pound for every one you eat, but they are sooo good!

I had to mark down a .4 loss this week so I completely understand but as you said at least it is a loss!

Congratulations! You might not feel like eating other good foods for being full. Then again I remember not wanting to eat that first quarter anyway - might be a good thing for you if you are going thru that. Probably good to just ask the doctor.

Congratulations! You are rocking this. I wasn't watching for the Aspartame Free options early on with the alternative products I used and I had cravings or "head hunger" a lot. Once I started using Aspartame Free the cravings got better. You might check your alternative products and see if any have Aspartame sneaking in.

Have a great weekend all! Labor Day - Back to School sales all over the place this weekend. I might go cloths looking.

Barb
