  • 1973 - I was a very young computer operator. The bosses went on vacation, I made a mistake with the computer and messed up the company's entire inventory records. Took me 4 days to put Humpty Dumpty back together again but I finally did it.

    1975
  • 1975 I was 10 years old, very proud of hitting double figures and probably wearing hideous things like purple polyster pants with flower patches and a red ribbed sweater. Bleh, 70s fashions!

    1983?
  • 1983: I was thirteen, feeling awkward and dumb, going roller skating a lot, crushing on a football player.

    2000?
  • 2000 - Living in Scotland, finishing my Master's Degree, bought our chocolate lab

    1994?
  • 1994- got married the first time and had my first child.

    1986?
  • 1986 - Was pregnant with my first daughter

    1990?
  • Quote: 2000 - Living in Scotland, finishing my Master's Degree, bought our chocolate lab

    1994?
HeatherAngel, I read this and thought, "wow, you bought a laboratory that makes chocolate??" hahahhaha
  • 1990- was in college for one more year

    1975
  • Phantastica - TOO FUNNY! I wish... LOL

1975: we moved to a farm in the middle of NOWHERE and raised rabbits, of all things! I was six, so I thought it was AWESOME!!

Let's try a little earlier, for all the fogies out there

    1952??
  • 1952 - my big brother was toddling around the house thinking how life was soooo good without any annoying little sisters around. ok, ok... just in case someone here was around in 1952

    1952 again.
  • In 1952 I was 4 years old and todling around the farm we lived in and my baby briother was 1.

    1966
  • 1966: I wouldn't be born for another 7 years so I'll talk about my parents.

They hadn't met yet. Mom turned 16 and found her first job in 1966.

My father was 19 and a sophomore at University.

    1945?
  • 1945 - I wasn't around yet, but both of my parents were 2 years old.

    1950?
  • 1950 - my parents met at the box factory they both worked at and married within the year. 38 years later by chance I would go to work for the same company but in an entirely different capacity. My mother said she hoped I was making more than the 45 cents an hour she was paid.

    1957

    1957
1957: My mother was 7 years old and sent to live with her grandparents. It was a traumatic experience for her and probably scarred her for life. She still talks about being taken down to the ancestral home and just being dumped there with all these strangers.

My father's youngest sister was born in 1957.

    1939?
