meowee, you'll get there!! Just keep on going!! Glad you're loving your new TV. Ummm... what's Buddy Ball and the Frog???Ilene, how long have you been lifting? What's your workout schedule like?
Found out Monday my dad has the beginnings of COPD and/or emphysema... he wasn't entirely clear, but I think it's emphysema. That's been weighing on my mind quite heavily (I posted a thread about it in the support forum). In fact, yesterday and today, I've felt short of breath... I tend to get sympathy sicknesses frequently - where I'm not really sick but I psych myself into it because someone I care about is. Weird, hey?
Hope everyone has a great day...

... I'm 50 now
and I cannot give up lifting it's the best exercise... I now lift, run and swim plus in the summer I bike... Sometimes in the summer I'll do all 4 exercises on the same day, I'm a bit fanatical
...
at times . . . Buddy Ball is my stability ball and this . . .
Silly me.
yes... devilish but worth it, I'd say. Maybe later in the gym i won't think so.
I've never tried TOPS but it definitely has a good rep for supporting it's members. Have you found our TOPS group yet? Know they'd love to hear from you.

I walk my dog, and am currently acting in a musical, so that gets me moving!
