My night eating has been improving but still not perfect the way I want it. Mostly it's something DH is eating and I eat some. Sometimes it's because he offers it to me but I admit that sometimes it's just because I want it.
I skipped over the part in the book about bodybuilders and weight lifters. I didn't think that applied to me! LOL Their eating is different than for the rest of us. I am starting on the section about fasting. This is something that really applies to longevity, because by having a longer fasting period, you are naturally eating lower calorie and lower protein than when you eat all day, in most cases. There are probably those who really stuff themselves during their eating window because they know they will not eat during the fasting period. But most people are fasting for health purposes and know that overeating is never healthy. I will post info that seems relevent as I read along.
I am still having some trouble sleeping but got up at 7 today. I'm not sure how I will do when we turn the clocks back. I usually get up when I can see light above the curtains because I don't like to let the dog out until it starts to get light. After we change the clocks, it will be light a little earlier, so that will help me. It will give me a little more quiet time alone before DH gets up. I usually go into the bedroom early and get ready for bed because DH watches things on TV that don't interest me, so I watch in the bedroom, and usually fall asleep. My body will adjust to the time change.
