    Back down today plus some! Wasn't expecting 2lbs so super happy this morning. A 15lb goal for the month was pretty ambitious so I'm pretty proud of myself for getting so close. Hopefully I'll have a little drop tomorrow and on the 1st as well and I'll end up very close to goal for January.

    Ophelia ~ That's awesome that you stayed under 200 two days in a row! I would have been leery just like you. That's awesome! Hope today stays under as well.

    joe Great job on the steps!! I went on the treadmill on Sunday for the first time in a long time, I wasn't wearing my fitbit so not sure about the steps, but I was on there for 45 minutes and I am still sore today!!

  • It was a "No Weigh-In" for me today, because I ended up being out and about and unexpectedly ate before being able to come home and weigh-in. So, I will report back tomorrow for the final weigh-in for the month with my overall loss! I will catch back up on the personals tomorrow, as well.

  • I can't believe it's the end of January already!

    I lost a total of 6 lbs this month - Yeah! I know it's not a lot but I am excited and it has given me that push that I need. I have lost a total of 11 lbs from my heaviest in October to the end of Jan.

    No change this morning. Since I weigh first thing in the morning, I'll be counting tomorrow's weight towards my January loss so we'll see where I officially end up for the month tomorrow.

    This is the first time I've joined a monthly challenge and weighed in every day. I'll also hit my workout goal with my workout today. I've stayed committed through the whole month and I'm really excited to see what I can do in February!

  • The dedication and results are so encouraging and impressive this month, way to go guys!!!

    I am really excited for next month. Towards the very end of this month I started working out. I have done 3 workouts in 4 days and I feel good about it!! I ended up with a 3 lb. loss for the month, which was far short of my goal, but I am happy!!

    A big congrats to everyone who made their goal, and to everyone who kept trying!
