I haven't been checking in here as I should, but I continue with the good fight to get below 170. Weekend eating was pretty good (for me) and I even spent some time with my DBF which usually means eating off plan. I've got a crockpot full of vegetable soup with cabbage simmering in the kitchen now, and I plan to eat a bowl of that soup first with most meals. It's really filling and helps because it's very low calories.
Hope to be 173 tomorrow. Hang in there everyone!
