    Made it back from my long trip, and managed not to gain! I don't think I'm going to drop 4+ pounds in less than a week, but I didn't gain while I was on vacation, and that's an awesome thing.

    DH and I are talking about going back to trying to lose a pound a week for the next 12 weeks, hopefully that'll get me where I want to be, I never thought it would be such a struggle to get out of the 160s...sigh...just gonna keep trying, one of these times I'll make my goal!

    kurisitaru I bet you'll feel better way before reaching your goal. We all have that weight in which we start to feel better even tough it is not yet our goal weight.

    I'm away a lot this week and won't be able to do another full day fast so not sure if I'll get back to goal by the end of the month! I know my calories will be fine, but I'm so sensitive to sodium and being forced to eat out while away I know will cause me to blow up. Oh well!

    TrayTeam I'm in the same boat! My exercise has been really consistent, but my eating has been off and inconsistent. Like you though, I've been eating nutritious and well.
