I lost 31 lbs. in 2010 with Weight Watchers, but when they changed their plan, I put back on at least 15-20 lbs. and had so much trouble getting it back off again. I knew I needed to completely rid myself of sugar and carbs. Chocolate, ice cream, and pizza were my biggest downfalls out of many. It wasn't until my cousin told me about this program that I started to consider it, after seeing how much she lost. It took me a while for me to decide, but I started last Saturday. Even tho it won't be official until tomorrow morning, I am already down 5 lbs. in my first week

I can't remember the last time I lost that much in one week! I have been faced with a lot of temptation this past week, from seeing all the pizza and Chinese food my co-workers are consuming (they're all guys, btw), to having dreams about cheating on this. However, I have NOT caved in even once! I'm so excited to get down to where I want to be, and not have to worry about buying bigger clothes anymore!
