Whatever that little voice in your head is telling you to do/eat, that is not on your plan... tell it (that voice) that that item, thing will be there tomorrow! Don't need it RIGHT NOW!

Hi newme12! I remember you and Tuscany too! I am not doing Atkins at the moment. I am struggling with staying motivated and I don't know why. But being inactive and eating crappy is catching up to me and affecting my health. So here I am trying to do what I know I can do.
