I had a little movement up in the scale (I wasn't going to step on each day, that lasted 2 days

)...pretty sure it's because i got too comfortable with how things were going and started taking a bite of something I shouldn't here, a nibble there...so I've been back to being strict with myself and it always takes a few days for the losses to start again. Once again, lesson learned the hard way. That and I started exercising harder (especially running and heavier weights) and that leads to a little fluid gain for me. But I really wanted to regain muscle and start shaping up my smaller body (yet why do I sometimes look in the mirror and see size 16/18, not 12 almost 10???)
