I really like the this forum bc it allows us to voice our frustrations as well as seek support and understanding from those who are in the same boat. overweight and trying to do something about it. Everything doesn't work for everybody. I am so glad I found something that is working for me after all these years of being FAT. Sorry, I got carried away. Promise not to ramble anymore.
ramble all you want... This diet is difficult but after 3 months on weightwatchers I kept losing and gaining the same two pounds. So if I lose 5 pounds a week and cheat on a couple of things it is still better. So far I have not gone crazy I have eaten spoonfulls or a few little chips. I have had no sugar cravings though.. really weird cuz sugar is my downfall..
I dont even think cheating is a mistake you can learn from on this diet.. this diet is more about willpower so you just have to drink water and try and remove the temptation from the reach of your hands and mouth.
