  • Hi everyone ... I'm new to being 40 and I'm new here. Hope it's ok to weigh in here.

    I've lost a kilo since I started last week - so feeling good.

    It's also feels good to get moving in the right direction again.

    Friday, craving ice cream and husband only too willing to indulge with me. Saturday, movie popcorn. Sunday,wine and cake with a few good friends. At least I'm not gaining. The weather means I'll be hitting the fitness club machines, bleck!

  • I started my diet on 1/1 and I told myself I would weigh in two weeks from the start. Well I am petrified! What if I have lost nothing? What if I weigh more? AAGGGGGGH the pressure!
