  • You guys are awesome!!! I did about two rounds of Ripped in 30, then fell off the wagon for a while, and now I'm trying to get back into the swing of things as well as try out some new videos I bought (JM's BFBM and NMTZ).
  • Really, really not liking Level 2.
  • Alright, I have only been doing Shred about 2-3x a week (which I need to step up again). I just finished Day 15.

  • Hey heyyyy!!! I just started this, I'm going to do L1D3 today. I am feeling it, my whole body is burning with every move I make, and IM FREAKING LOVING IT.

    I feel every muscle working and I can't wait to see what 2-3 months of this can do.

    I have stalled in my weight loss, and I'm accepting that I wouldn't mind staying at this weight, or about 10-15lb lower, and reach my goal weight IF AND ONLY IF I am fit, toned and muscular. I don't want to be skinny. That is not my goal
  • Im hoping for ripped in for christmas. Some of the reviews i read, report they like the r30 better because each excersize is shorter so you get more diversity, guess i will find out.
  • Day one of 30DSL1 complete! My legs are soo shaky!
  • I bought 30 DS a few days ago and am waiting impatiently for it to get here!
    I've heard good things about it, but I just want to start it!
