  • And speaking of recipes there is always "Engagement chicken ".
  • Oh. A 3FCTK23 Pot Luck Supper, huh? Sounds good.

    I'll see if I can find a recipe for Funeral Potatoes.

    I have it if you can't find it. It will go good with the engagement chicken.
  • Inquiring Minds Want 2 Know.....is this Bill?
  • Can't you people get it straight. 3FC is about meaningful eating.

    I won't violate that by posting the recipe, but the ingredients are:
    Marsha's Mom's Funeral Potatoes

    * 6 c. diced potatoes
    * 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
    * 1 stick butter, melted
    * 1 c. sour cream
    * 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated, divided
    * 1/4 c. grated onion (optional)
    * Salt and pepper to taste
    Now what eating plan uses recipes with 1 stick of butter and 1 cup of sour cream?

    And you don't have to be Mormon to eat them. Nor necessarily dying. Or so I'm told.
  • Can't be Bill - both ears are present.
  • Yeah, that is what I thought BUT that could be part of the cover-up! Hummmmmm

    Who is Mormon?

    Who is Dying?
  • Uh no, Bill. Those aren't funeral potatoes. Funeral Potatoes are topped with corn flakes. How can you have Funeral Potatoes without corn flakes, for Pete's sake?
  • I wonder if we Anglicans have the equivalent. We'd probably call them "Celebration of Life Potatoes". I must ask the new Bishop. (Got my pic in the local paper congratulating him. Damned paparazzi!)
  • Of course it's not me.
    1. Look at those biceps - those can lift!
    2. I have blue eyes.

    Don't know who it is but it scared the heck out of me.
  • On this day in 1845, Florida became the 27th U.S. state.

    And where the heck is Zan?
  • Today is not the Ides of March.
