To all--this morning was difficult --its a Saturday.. did not want to wake up early because I knew I had to wait until noon to eat. Easier on the weekdays I am at work and noon seems a little easier.. .45 minutes til my yogurt.
I know, Saturday mornings are the worst and I had to wake up early this morning to do laundry. My dad (who quit the accuweight diet yesterday) was also up making himself a triple stacker egg sandwich with all kinds of deliciousness (but I won't bore you with details).
THEN last night I cheated.

I was at the mall for two hours and I was feeling dizzy (remember I don't have the beads) so I had some pretzels since there wasn't any honey around. I was upset but I really didn't feel well, I ended up going to bed at 9:30. Thank goodness today is a veggie day!
