  • I'm joining quite late. Been a good summer and I had been neglecting to step on the scale. But when I did again for the first time in awhile it said nice things to me . So I need to keep on track now. I hope to see the 160's before the end of the month.

    8/14 175.4 Soreness mostly gone. But ate awful salty meal late late night. Feel terrible today as a result. I need to hold onto the memory of how crappy crappy food make smy body feel when I have been blessing it with whole nutrient rich food!

  • Sooo, I debated throwing in the towel on the daily weighing in... which might be slightly better for my mental health but oh well! Quitting it would feel like a cop out to me and I like the accountability.
