Good afternoon, ladies! Hope every had a great weekend.
I weighed this morning (finally!) and I have stayed the same. That will change by the next weigh-in; I'm tired of staying the same! (But I'm glad I'm not going up.)
Carafre: My hubby has told me he notices a difference, too! That's a big ego boost, isn't it? Sorry you had a bad day yesterday. Was that candy meant for the trick-or-treaters?

Yes, this challenge is very hard, but it's also the heart of our entire journey, so we need to work at it. I ate out last night but really tried hard to make good choices; unfortunately, I had a tasty yet good-for-nothing sweet dessert.

We'll all get through it with each other's help. Every time I've eaten today, I've thought "What are the others choosing to eat right now?" and it's really helped. That helped me last week during the water challenge, too.
Crystal: Thanks, yes I have a ton of questions, and he's only 1 year old yet! I can't believe your sister has that many kids, I don't think I could keep up! One is enough for me, he already keeps me so busy.
Amanda: Yay, a treadmill! I've got one too and I love it. Some people don't like them because they think it's boring to just walk in place, but I like to watch tv while walking, so that really helps. I think I've mentioned it before, but I like to watch one of the trashy afternoon tv shows (Judge Judy) and this way, I can watch it while walking and not feel guilty about wasting time. Good luck, and have fun!
Jenny: Welcome back! That's funny about the clean house. Did you end up getting a new stroller?
Hi Alisha and others I've missed! Hope everyone's having a good day.
Talk to you later. Cindy B
