DLR,
Depending on how much you have to lose, 30lbs is totally doable! I set myself up for 25lb increment goals. I don't look at the HUGE number I have to get rid of, just the next 25lbs. The fact that you've rededicated yourself to getting back on track and sticking OP will definitely help.
I agree, Kawaii. I found that if you set your sights too high, you'll have a hard time getting to where you want to be. I'm at 194.5 now, and even tho I have a bit to go before my goal, I'm not really putting a time limit on this one. I'm just aiming for 190, and the rate I'm going, I'll be there in no time. Just concentrate on the here and now. We will all get there eventually... Originally Posted by Kawaii1002

Want2be can jump in, but she has always followed phase 2 and her losses have been fantastic. That would cut the IP products to one meal. 8 ounces of protein at lunch with veggies, 8 ounces of protein at dinner. Just something to think about if they insist on a change. I hope that everything goes the way you want it to on Thurs. Off all Meds!!! Now that is a serious NSV!
