im still here! considering skipping the weigh in this week though- saturday was my birthday, and i've been at it all month. especially thursday-last night. minor binges (i'd mostly quantify them as over eating) but lots of booze, and not so smart drinking choices.
bright side? i am feeling much better then i was this winter when i was depressed and binging.
not so bright side? i feel swollen. not even bloated, but swollen.
top it all off with very little sleep and another 3 busy weekends lol.
life of a 25 year old in a huge city right?
but anyways- my immediate goal (weight loss obv BUT) - the other immediate goal is to just count /guesstimate calories and track properly. when i track i lose, when i go off the rails, i binge. i over ate last night (this morning at 3 am) then got up for work at 6... you know. anyways, i had a pretty big protein/veggie dinner, and i hope that it will set me back on track with the healthier eating!
only 2 days to recover! haha

Or do Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox... As he has a beard and looks like a lumberjack, but hopefully I won't look like too much of a giant ox by Halloween.
