  • Had WI on Wednesday this week and saw a 5 pound loss for a lovely 214.8.

    hopped on the scale again today for giggles and saw 213.8. It works for me!

    Only 13.8 pounds from Onederland!!

I'm not actually sure what the other posters prefer to do...I assume everyone has set her Edit Options to 40 posts per page, so if my last posting is still near the bottom, I edit for space reasons. (If you copy/paste in edit mode, you will copy all your old formatting.) Eventually, like today, I copy/paste and repost everything. Keeping an ongoing list helps me with motivation.

    ....being honest...checking in today...even though I don't want to....been on Atkins 6 days and I was expecting a bigger loss....though I'm on the upswing today of a bouncybouncybouncy scale....my scale needs some serious meds!

    I started on a Sun, so Sunday is my anniversary date. I weigh Daily and keep a Weekly Average as well.
