    Hi Everyone,

    I'm from Baton Rouge, Louisiana and found a great coach thanks to this site. So thank you! I'm on day 4 today and already I don't have the crazy sugar craving I use to have. I'm excited about stabilizing my blood sugar and slimming down. I've already found myself daydreaming about how much I'm going to enjoy looking fabulous for my birthday (mid September). Hope everyone has a great OP week!

    Well I've been back following alternative IP for about 6 weeks now lost 16.4 lbs. Feeling pretty good. Have to update my info but I'll be off and on reading everyone's ideas. Have a great IP day
