Well, the weekend is over and Monday is almost here. Seems that the weekend FLIES by these days. Hope you all had a good one.
Cyan, try not to get too discouraged. My sister who has been exercising with me and eating right for 2 weeks has been really frustrated because for 2 weeks, her scales didnt show a change altho mine did. Finally, Friday, she was down 5 lbs. Funny how it happens like that sometimes...just shows up all at once. Needless to say, she is happy now.

As dedicated as you are to your exercise, it will definitely pay off soon! Just hang in there!
Taiwan, I had forgotten about your trip. We will miss you LOTS! I hope you enjoy it and we look forward to hearing all about it when you get back. I hope things work out well with the new girl you'll be taking care of. You and your family are such an inspiration to me.

Debee, hope Jake is feeling better by now. Seems like a lot of sickness around lately. How are you coming with your exercising?
Lisa, you amaze me with all you are busy with these days. Glad to hear you're enjoying school. Just be careful and dont let stress and the fast pace get the best of you. Try to plan ahead as much as possible for snacks and meals.
Reina, it was so much fun chatting with you today. Like I promised, I'm going to try to drink lots more water starting tomorrow. I hate that I got out of the habit of that. It definitely makes a difference. You and your family will be in my prayers in hopes that you will all be rid of your sickness SOON. I cant stand thinking of the baby feeling so bad.
LadyRider, you're right. Exercising with my sis makes it a little easier to be motivated. Oh, and she made those muffins this weekend using chocolate pudding cake mix and the can of pumpkin added. You couldnt taste the pumpkin AT ALL....just tasted like a yummy chocolate muffin. Very good. Even the kids loved them.

Ok, might as well confess....today wasnt too bad but I did have one bad day calorie-wise Plus....I didnt exercise Thurs, Fri or Sat!!! I was so busy, I just didnt fit it in and felt guilty all day today about it. Ate Mexican the other day. I had the Nachos Deluxe which is listed as an appetizer. Thats all I ordered and I drank water. No dessert or anything else. Fitday said One serving was 1700 calories!!!!

A ton of fats too. That's the highest I've had in weeks, I think. Anyway, talked to Reina tonite and started feeling even more guilty about not exercising. ( I love the accountability ya'll make me feel

) Soooo...when we got offline, I did the Airwalker 40 minutes and burned 290 calories!

I was barely able to make it. But I just knew I couldnt wait another day or I might not get back into it at all. I dont have to be at work tomorrow until 10 am so I'll have time to do some more before work. Have to admit, I feel much better now. Once it's done, I love being able to think,"Yessssssss, I got my exercise out of the way!"

I'm still waiting for the day I get to the point where I dont "endure" it, I "enjoy" it.
