    2.123.8 always drop when I have a day off working out. I haven't seen 123 since I was 23, about 12 years. Awesome
    3.123.8 protein bars r constpating me, hope to get used to them because the one I found is beyond awesome, I don't need a real chocolate for life with these.

    Starting to believe the build muscle and burn more cals. I am pretty much focusing on lifting and having more calories between 1450-1900 a day and continue to lose.
