Hi Everybody!
Annie!!!!! WOW!!!!! Welcome back! So good to hear from you!!!!

Girl, you have been in my prayers every single night – and I mean that literally! You have just made my day. I wish for you a speedy recovery and please post as often as you can; if only to let us know you are still with us.
Cyan. – Great talking with you and Reina today. Keep that exercise play and you will lose for sure next week.
Lisa – How is school? The advice Reina gave you really hit the nail right on the head! So, listen to her, ok?
Reina – I’m so sorry you’ve been sick. We have missed your posts and I, glad you are back. Hope you get your strength back soon. I loved your HoHo story! Made me laugh out loud. I’m sorry you had to postpone your class.
Miki – Kudos to you for doing the tape and the air walker! You are so lucky to have your sister to exercise with! Both of my sisters live up in Minnesota, and I would give anything to live closer to them. Well – anything except living in Cold Minnesota!
The pumpkin muffin recipe is very intriguing, I think I’ll try it.

If it is only 2 points, it can’t be too high in fat or calories, and it would be high in fiber.
Debee – Hope Jake is feeling better. It sure is the season for being sick, isn’t it? You’re right; the secret is finding the exercise that is right for you. Yoga is an excellent choice; ask the girls about power yoga, that sure burns calories! Don’t get discouraged at not losing. You have lost SIX POUNDS this month!! Wow, and you listed 6 things you did right! Way to go! And your plan for further improvement is great. Everyone has a bad spell once in a while, don’t lose site of what you have all ready accomplished. You eat better, exercise and are a happier person, right? And you are thinner than when you started. Remember, together we will do this!
Precious One –Lobocal – Hope you’re having a good day.
Cjunk – National TV spots, huh? Girls, did you know we have a TV personality in our midsts?

Hey, at least you have been under eating and not over eating! BTW, I have been wondering where Hamilton is; it’s in Canada, right? But where?
Taiwan – that server is busy screen can be irritating, fortunately it doesn’t happen often. I sympathize with you not knowing the ingredients and calorie count in the food you have over there. That’s got to be so hard, so I give you extra credit for sticking to your eating plan in spite of the added challenges! You were right; your calorie count was too low if you got the shakes, it might help to have “legal” foods handy to grab – you know, fruits, veggies, etc. Good for you for exercising! I try never to go more than 2 days in a row without exercising, it starts a pattern that makes it easier to go 3, then 4 days with out and pretty soon I’m not exercise anymore at all. Putting cooking oil on a paper towel is an excellent idea! And with you doing the cooking, it will make a big difference, for sure. Isn’t it funny how wrong our impressions of other countries can be? My son is Korean, and I have always thought of all Asian countries as eating very healthy – fish, veggies, rice, etc.
Yesterday was a good day; 690 cal with 9grams fat. This is really low, but I had a queasy stomach and between a funeral and work, I didn’t have much chance to eat. The funeral was for my daughter in law’s grandmother, so although we didn’t know her, we wanted to be there for Denise. It was my day off for exercise.
I weighed in this morning, and I have lost 1 pound, no inches; bringing me down to 143. I’m very ok with this, because it is showing a steady weekly loss, and I know how horrible I would feel if I gained 1 pound a week!
What I did right:
1) Didn’t eat after 8 three days, I worked late several nights and had to eat when I got home, but I kept it really low calorie.
2) I ran or did Taebo 5 days out of 7
3) Drank more water or unsweetened tea
4) Ate out twice and made healthy choices
5) Kept a positive attitude
What I did wrong:
1) Pigged out on junk food two days in a row
2) Didn’t post on the days I pigged out
Have a great weekend everyone!
Lady
