I have got to get back on track!!


I was due a "whoooosh"...last two week weigh ins have been terrible (.6 and .8 lbs...huh???)! I run 5-6 days per week for 4 miles each time, just started to add weight training into my regimen and I'm eating Bistro MD (so I don't even need to count calories...they do it for you!) I have NO EXCUSE..haha!
