    I was kidding Big Bird!
  • I know

    Wish I was there.

They shouldn't have booed Lilly, even though he's a Cub.
  • I'm watching... Very nice opening ceremony... congrats Clydegirl...
WOW... the prez in jeans... yikes !
  • HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY Clyedgirl..

    2-0 American League...

    Enjoy everyone..
  • Thanks Caroline.

OK everyone calm down and let's beat the American League.
  • Yadi way to go.
  • Nice inning Ryan Franklin.

Early for him but good to see him pitch in an All Star Game.
  • I'm wondering if any more Sox are going to play... hmmm maybe I missed something..
  • Dang it, American League wins again.

This game should not decide home field advantage.
  • Well I watched the entire game which was unusual for me. So many of them lately I have been working late or had something else to do....church meetings are on Tuesdays.

I enjoyed the fact that a giant gave up 2 runs and a padre got the loss! I hate the fact the Natiional League lost again and I am not glad a DODGER gave up the tying run at 3-3...

    But ya know what...

    Life and baseball are good!

I am blessed to have such good friends here on our baseball thread!

You put on a great show BIG BIRD! St. Louis can be proud!
  • Here's to a good second half.

I was disappointed with the tribute to Stan Musial last night. They drove him around in a golf cart and he handed the ball to the president Kudos to Joe Torre for acknowledging him. That could have been handled better.

Love this thread and my baseball buddies.
