  • Hi everyone! Late joiner here. I need something to keep myself on track over the holidays and prevent a gain. What better than having a goal to LOSE?

    There are 12 days left until the end of the year so I'm setting my goal at 196. That's a 3 lb loss from my current 199. I have been struggling to stay in Onederland and want to get a few lbs away from it.

    I haven't even wanted to get on the scale this month!
    Stepped on it yesterday and today and weighed 133 both times.
    That's a 2 pound loss; goal is 5 pounds. Gonna be close...
