    Well, I almost can't believe it, but I made it to my goal this morning! I'm excited but also tempering it a bit-- after these drops, I usually go up a bit in subsequent days. But still. I think I've helped myself along in making extra effort to drink water recently. So, I'll just keep on keeping on. See how Thanksgiving goes and where I end up at the end of the month.

    My focus is to enjoy who I'm eating with rather than focus on what I'm eating.
