It's finally really raining here in Northern California. Yay!
This week has really been filled with eating hallenges this week and my cle is reflecting my sodium intake. I am looking forward to a more even keel starting tomorrow.
Last night ate out at an upscale Mexican place. Ordered carnitas and eye balled 3 ounces and ate it. I have been weighing food long enough it know a portion. Ditched the tortillas, rice and beans and had them put a little Cesar salad no croutons on my plate. Drank water. Hated paying $25 for that.
Business lunch today with my boss and someone else. Will hope bor a burger or Cobb salad and et the top off of it. Dinner with other girlfriends at a place that specializes in small portions of high priced red meat. After this I am NOT eating out until I've hit my challenge goal.
