Hello ladies!
Just thought I'd check in ... week 2 of reboot for me and I'm down 7.5.
Its most definitely harder the second time around.
It seems like everyone is doing really well!
Bubbleblower - your new home sounds like its in the perfect spot for you!
Workingit50 - weekends are killer. I almost feel like I need someone who has been IP to text me on Friday and Saturday night and say.... put the wine glass down! lol (Sadly, I don't know anyone personally who does IP, or who even truly understands it.)
Maile, thank you for your post - it helps knowing that if you have the determination and drive, you can maintain - even though there is no 'nirvana' or magic, it can be achieved.
Slowandsteady - I've had that same thought / question. To me, it seems more sensible to spread out the protein a bit. I usually put about 2oz of protein into my lunch, then save the rest for dinner. (When I'm p1ing I put just 1/2 oz to 1 oz protein in my salad, just to give me something to add variety and flavor to lettuce and spinach every day.)
Wuv! Hello! It's so nice to hear you're doing well. Are you still working for IP? Good luck with your surgery. I'll have to look back through posts to see how that all evolved - I remember e-mailing a TV show on your behalf, but never heard the outcome.
