    What Sarge said!

If you want it go out and get it! Unless you are sick, injured, or have an on plan rest day you do what you need to do to get in some movement.

Take a moment and reread the motivational Chesh and Sarge provided today.
Quote: It's Thursday Morning, do you know how you are going to burn the butt-er today?

    LETS MOVE IT!
  • Treadmill ordered!! 4K walked!! Healthy groceries stocked up!! I feel like I'm winning Thursday!
  • KittyKat - I can understand but maybe working out will help after all. It is a great stress reliever
  • Just a quick hi before life happens I am happy to report that I have done the midweek challenge! WOOT! Love it too!
  • Nicely done Dreamer

Josey -- How's that ankle holding up?

Gooey -- Did you see the fightin' words from HARDCORE CHICK to you on fitocracy? gooey smooey....phoooey...gooey is gonna need more goo butt-er to slip past me!! bwahahahahaha

Peanutt -- Sometimes I can just see your face when you read a comment... BTW, very exciting home gym project! You're gonna be in such a good mood come winter again! No lost wedding ring this year!

Keep working hard troops. We promised to lose 52.1 lbs. this week! Don't forget to enter your miles on the spreadsheet. We've only added 156 so far this week, but I think that's also because RESO HAS GONE MISSING!!!!

Reminder, the spreadsheet link can always be found in the #1 post of each new thread.

    later troops...

  • RESO! Report in before I start driving east to find you!!

Sarge - There will definitely be no lost wedding ring this winter! I'm on my second temporary replacement ring....and this new one is a size 7. What WHAT? DH and I are currently arguing over what to hang on the walls of the basement. He wants a Bruce Lee poster because apparently Bruce Lee is awesome. I want a giant COMMANDO poster because....well....it's the COMMANDO!
  • Melting Butt-er today! I walked the half mile to my Mailbox and back. 30% grade heading up the hill!

TDS and Treadmill work tonight after work!
  • Woot! Woot! to you K2!

Peanutt -- Def Commando Steve... be still my always in the exercise target range beating heart!
  • @Sarge - Still R.I.C.E.d but thanks for asking. This morning wasn't so good, right now it feels ok. I will give it one more day and only do upper body weights and stretching tonight.

@Peanutt - I am in! Let's storm SK and find Reso!
  • Hey all! Busy busy busy day of work for me, just a quickie.

First day wearing the BodyBugg - I've been awake since 5:15, got my boxing workout in and nothing else as of yet, it's 2:15 here, and it says that I've already burned 1744 calories. I still have my run ahead of me for the day, I'm interested in seeing what the full burn will be.

Peanutt - Definitely go with Commando. I don't think Bruce Lee is all THAT awesome...

Sarge - Do we need to be logging our daily miles, or can I just put in my total at the end of the week?

Envelope - I considered the Body Media Fit, but the Bugg was cheaper with some coupon codes I had. Today is my first full day, it's been interesting so far. I'm interested to see what my final results for today are. I have a REALLY sedentary job as a writer - I'm pretty much glued to my computer screen all day...and we have no kids, so I'm not wrestling anyone into uniforms

MadamB - Wasssssupppp?! We're having zucchini tonight!!!

RESO?! I'm echoing the concern; where are you?

    Reso - Miss ya.

Awww, thankyou. I've still been keeping tabs on everyone.

I'm sorry i have been so quiet, it's just i haven't been very positive lately, honestly it's taken a lot of effort to maintain a level of caring, didn't want to depress anyone.

So i'm starting to feel a little better, looking back over the last week or so i'm still proud of myself for not losing total control, i kept up with my high level of activities mostly, did cut back a tiny bit on the biking, perhaps i ate more than i should but it's been mostly clean/fresh foods.

Now about fitocracy, i have never been on the site so this anonymous person is not me and peanutt the scale better not of gone up 5 pounds, but if it did i wouldn't fret as long as i keep to the plan is whats really important, the scale can go pound sand most days. And nice... a treadmill.

Work let out a little early today, just what i needed really, it's now sunny out and i'm getting ready to do my walk, i need to pull myself back together and put forward my best foot, i'm still not satisfied with where i am but for whatever reason i've become slightly derailed these last few weeks, no excuses for not going flat out though, for the last two years i've thought of near every excuse in the book to not do things that need doing and overcame them each time, it's what needs to continue happening.

Pokey : You know i wouldn't leave and not say anything, right ?
  • Trekked 8.9 miles today troops! Feeling good about it after being sat on my lazy *** yesterday! Will be spending the next 2 days resting from cardio in preparation for my 10k...starting to get kinda nervous that I'll sustain an injury during the race and will be last! Eep! Hoping to get some strength workout in there, my abs have been neglected for far too long .
  • Hiya Pokester--You can just log in weekly miles if you want, just so we have a total number to add to our trek would be greatly appreciated.

YAY!!!! Reso has returned! Sorry that your highs and lows are so extreme, I think many of us know how that goes!

Riestrella -- take it easy or you're gonna hurt yourself before the race, not during.

    Gotta open the mess tent...
