    1/8 - 179 lbs ~ No exercise weekend + pizza last night. Hoping my 5 mile run will get me back in the 178s!

    For me I deduct 2 pounds from my weight during the week of my period. I tried it the last time and I felt like I got more accurate readings of my "true" weight because of it. When my period had ended, I was actually down to the weight I had recorded during it. Don't get too phased by the scale, it really is biased when you're on your period.

  • Oooh! I've never posted one of these, but now that I'm weighing daily I can! Also, please note, my weight goes CRAZY ALL OVER THE PLACE, lol, because I hold on to water like its my job. Any little carb or sodium kills me the day after next... sigh. Stupid body, lol.
