i will stay on plan because even though it is date night and we are out with friends, i don't get a day off. those calories will count just as much as breakfast did
Because I made a very healthy choice that was hard for me earlier today and I don't want to mess up the momentum. I was forced to go and buy something for lunch at work because of a mishap with the lunch I had packed, and instead of going out for fast food, I went upstairs to the ATM to get something from the cafeteria/lunch truck that caters to the company I work for. AND when I got down to the truck, instead of getting the unhealthy sandwich and fries or meat-laden enchiladas and sour cream, I got a yogurt and a packet of pistachios. Boo-yah! for healthy choices. I will not spoil my momentum. A bad food choice today would negate the good thing I did there.
i will stay on plan because i know if i persist i will eventually see a downward trend on the scale. I will not be discouraged by the slowness of it all.
