Alright ladies! Time to start getting those numbers in! Don't fret about your weigh-in. Like I said, positive thinking is what moves us ahead. You have to envision it! If your long-term goal seems unattainable right now, give yourself a mini-goal. Sometimes it can be hard to imagine what kind of a change over 50 lbs can be. So aim for 10 lbs or 10% loss just to keep you focused! I'm going to be wearing something pink every day this week in support of my team! Your successes are all very important to me and everyone else on your team. We're all in the same boat together.
This week, I'd like to introduce a weekly challenge for us. I would like us, after the numbers are posted, to put our scales away until next week's weigh in. Sometimes our brains can get lost amongst a flurry of fluctuating numbers. It might be hard for us daily weighers (Myself included!) but I think after a week like we've had, it might be nice to see just how well you can do in 7 days. Are you in?
