HI all! I'm back from the disabled list. My back is still giving me fits, but if a week off exercise didn't make a difference, then I'm going back to my routine! I've been depressed and crabby without my exercise routine.
Yard work 90 min nonstop, 20 min Treadmill = 110 min
Back from my weekend away from home... though my diet suffered a bit, I did go to the zoo on Sunday and was walking for about an hour and a half. I must be out of shape-- I had a bit of trouble keeping up with the kids!
